She wasn't that heroic in the anime, but in the manga Sailor Chibi-usa is a loyal and passionate Sailor Scout.
This doll is shorter than Sailor Moon, about 9'' and just like her mom her gloves and boots come off. Her pigtails are so big I'm surpised her head holds them up so well! As much I've got the two main Moon characters down, debating if I want to continue to all the other scouts. -_- The details on them is what makes them take FOREVER....*sigh*
